"Chris and the rest of the staff were excellent. Given that I have never driven a motorcycle besides in my motorcycle class I was quite nervous about the whole process of purchasing one. Chris was awesome! He answered all my questions (and there were a lot of them), provided suggestions about what might work best for my stature and showed me several motorcycles they had available in the style I was wanting. Then Chris had me test several different motorcycles so I could see the weight differences and the center of gravity for various ones. Chris even stayed an hour (maybe more) after closing to help me and allow me to take a test drive. In the end I purchased my motorcycle, and felt great about the decision (well, after my butterflies settled from the idea of me owning a motorcycle) and that I was purchasing it from a great dealership. I never felt pressured during any part of the process of my purchasing my motorcycle. To top things off, since I couldn't drive the motorcycle home that day, they delivered it to their Madison location (which was much closer for me) so I didn't have to drive back to Richland Center. Even after the sale, Chris sent me pictures of my bike (so I could show it off since I didn't have it yet) and has sent several followed up emails. Everyone went above and beyond my expectations and it was great doing business with Vetesnik!!"

"My wife and I were actually heading over to look at a Honda Rune that Greg had on sight, when were blown away by the Yamaha Raider SCL display bike in the showroom. There were quite a few people around the bike, as it's an eye catcher. We were lucky that Vetesnik even had the bike, as they are so limited. I started talking to Chris about bikes. I told him that we had come to test the Rune, but was impressed by the Yamaha. We've always owned Yamaha's, so my wife was already swayed. I asked if they had a similar bike so that I could test drive it. Minutes later Chris and Justin started moving the massive display to the back and started taking it apart. I asked them if it had been purchased and they said "no, we just believe you should ride the exact bike you would like to own". We laughed, as I had flip flops on. Justin asked what size shoes I wore, and kicked off his shoes, so I could test the bike. The power was awesome and the ride was truly amazing ride. We've owned V-Stars, a Roadstar, a V-Max, and now ride a Warrior. This bike is incredible!!!!!!!! The customizing was off the chart. I love "no pressure" sales. Chris provided maximum attention, without being pushy. Justin is one of kind right down to loaning me his shoes. There was no haggling on price. The deal Greg cut was awesome !!!!!!! Our intent that morning was to buy a great bike that was a conversation piece. In my opinion we bought a better bike that is also a conversation piece. We had just sold a bike the week prior, but after meeting with Pam, we took advantage of cheap money from Yamaha. Again, she was top notch. The doors closed up for the night and there we were, still completing the deal. It took and hour to complete the process, as we added some extra's. An hour after the doors had closed Chris, Justin, and Greg Vetesnik were still there. They could have left and had Pam finish up, but they remained. We drove our Warrior back to Madison, as we've always had a couple bikes. Later that evening, we came back long after everyone had went home and drove our new custom bike home. Again, going out of their way to make that possible. I couldn't wait to write this, as due to my experience, I do believe that great customer service still exists. We had fun from beginning to end. I agree that price is key. We got a great price, but the intangible is the people. I hate the customer experience when people attack you as soon as you set foot in the door and I'm not a fan of haggling. Chris and the gang gave us all the attention we needed, answered all of our questions, and made it fun. l will always go back to Vetesnik. I'm writing this so that other's that are looking for a new or used bike or parts for their current bike, will choose Vetesnik's. They have put together a great team. Thanks Vetesnik family! "Just have to say "Thanks" to all the Vetesnik staff for being such a top-notch group of people. Everyone in your store made me feel as though my business was important even though I was making a pretty modest purchase. I'm so glad that I made the trip up from Iowa to buy my bike...it is without a doubt the most positive experience I could have hoped for. I had some less than stellar experiences at a couple of my local dealers so I was somewhat apprehensive about making the 2 1/2 hour trip up north. I spoke briefly with salesman Pat Keegan on the phone and was pleasantly surprised at his willingness to answer any and all questions I had. I made the trip to Vetesnik's the following Saturday afternoon and from the moment I arrived I knew I would be buying a bike from these people. I cannot praise Pat Keegan enough, he is a straight shooter and his salesmanship skills are top-notch. As a single female buying her first bike that was extremely important to me. Curt in Parts was equally impressive, getting the after-market pipes I wanted in record time and working hard to help me come up with a solution that would accommodate my long-distance riding needs. Pam is another asset to this dealership, she made the paperwork trail a piece of cake! I came back to the dealership a week later to bring my baby home and the first rate experience continued...Pat came in to ensure that all my needs had been met despite the fact that he had undergone a serious medical procedure just days earlier and everyone else worked very hard to ensure that my bike was properly secured on the trailer so that I wouldn't have any oopsies during the 2 1/2 hour trip back home. "I have been a customer at Vetesniks for a while now, I have bought 3 motorcycles 2 Atv's from Pat Keegan who never forgets my name and there customer service has always amazed me they have always gone the extra mile to help me out if you see me just ask it's a long list, but this last Saturday was over the top. I bought a my second atv and loading it myself I put it through the back window of my truck, my three children were with me. They took the truck inside and cleaned the glass out of the back seat and put plastic over the hole where my window once was. While I was on the phone with the insurance company. My daughter who is 15 was with them told me there was four guys doing this, she offered to help and they wouldn't hear of it. Now I don't know the name of the guys that helped except Greg Vetesnik I wish I did, I love to thank them in person. This is why I buy from Vetesniks. "

"Just wanted to tell Dirk, Paul, Curt and Chris how pleased I've been with Vetesnik's. Dirk was a great salesman to deal with. He was polite and friendly and made my purchase more pleasant than I had expected. Paul helped me load my FJR1300 when my wheel chock didn't quite fit. He took the time to modify and remount the chock on my trailer so I could get home. Paul has been extremely helpful with my first 600 mile service and ordering a replacement ECU based on a Yamaha Technical Bulletin. Thanks Paul. "Stopped in on a ride and purchased a matching escapade trailer for my 2005 blue Goldwing. Came back a week later and the shop hooked me up so it could be towed behind my bike and added a few accessories for me on a minutes notice. I delt with Bob and Chris Gerber and they both went above and beyond for my wife and me. Since the trailer purchase we have been back to the store several times purchasing more safety chrome with every visit. Bob helped me out in June 07 with a mirror I broke on my wing when getting things ready for my vacation a day later. With Bobs help I was ready to go on time without any delays. Thanks again Bob. "From the first meeting with Pat Keegan, I was lead to believe he was a straight shooter. I visited Vetesnick's with a good friend (Ken Peche), who's done business with you for many years.After that first ride out there, I knew I was going to someday own a new Goldwing. After four weeks and three more rides out, I do. I challenged Pat's numbers by visiting another dealer, that's only 3 miles from my home. It turned out as I had hoped and suspected it would.
