Dear Vetesniks,
After looking at the new Goldwing 1800 for some time now, we decided it was time to take a serious look at them. We live over 2.5 hours from you, but we wanted to come talk to Pat about the new Goldwing. After test driving the bike and agreeing on the price, we not only bought a bike, but also a new trailer to match. I have to tell you it felt good to buy the bike from Pat, as he treats people more as friends, not just customers.
Pat had me talk to Scott Phetteplace in parts to help with the selection of accessories to be installed. I can't tell you how much I have appreciated Scott's help and the follow up calls he has made to us. He spent a couple of hours with me and never made me feel rushed to make a decision.
When we were ready to complete the purchase, we went over to Teri Collins to complete the paperwork. Just as she starts, someone comes over with her lunch, and I offered to wait until she was done eating. She wouldn't have anything to do with that, as she knew I was already there for quite some time working with Pat and Scott. It would have been ok with me to wait, but it was nice to get headed back home. Teri was friendly and helpful with explaining the paperwork.
As I said, we live over 2.5 hours away, but the exceptional treatment we always receive from everyone at Vetesnik's is the reason we came that far to buy a bike and trailer from you. There are many other dealers closer to us, but the service we always get makes the trip worthwhile. People say word of mouth is the best advertising for any business owner, and here is an example. After the members in our GWRRA chapter have heard about the level of service you provided me, they are making a group ride to your dealership at this year's Rendezvous.

After finding out that the stock alternator on my 1996 Honda Goldwing 1500 SE had a broken wire, so a Compu -Fire was installed by Vetesnik Power Sports.
Also I can't say enough about Vetsnik Power Sports. Paul the Service Manager waited past closing time for the tow truck to arrive on a Friday night. Vetesnik Power Sports is one fine, first class operation. The Servise Department has a lift to remove the bike from the tow truck and to lower it down to the floor. I was back up and running by 9:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. They gave me a courtesy discount on the Compu-Fire and charged me for one hour of installation.
If anyone is traveling through Southwestern Wisconsin, stop in, say "HI", have a cup of coffee and see a first class operation at Vetesnik Power Sports.

To all the wonderful people at Vetesnik Powersports, I bought my 2005 Honda VTX 1300C on Sat.June 18th and I just wanted to say thanks. Everyone was very helpful and nice. I called Dennis Calvert and he helped get everything started.Teri then called me and made the financing end of the deal very easy. When I got there to pick up the motorcycle Kurt in parts helped me get the the right helmet which was not in stock so they shipped it right to my house. Deb was great explaining the paperwork and explaining what it all ment. Finally when J.R. finished the delivery he made sure I was comfortable with the bike and knew where everything was.It was a very painless and enjoyable time. Again I just want to say thanks for all your help and I'm really happy with my cycle.

Just a line to let you know that the new Honda was a big "HIT" my son loves it! We haven't raced it yet because we've got rained out alot, I'm sure it will do well and make my son a better rider!
